Bryan co-founded Frontera in 2015 and leads the firm's strategic direction, overseeing acquisitions, development, and portfolio operations. Before Frontera, he was Director of Acquisitions & Development at a privately-held real estate firm with $4B+ in assets, where he managed a 750,000 SF commercial portfolio. Bryan holds a Master's in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a BA in Architecture with a Business Administration concentration from the University of Notre Dame.

Lisandro leads acquisitions and development at Frontera, focused on sourcing, underwriting, and structuring transactions across the Western U.S. He brings over eight years of real estate experience across direct investment and finance. Before Frontera, Lisandro was a Senior Financial Analyst at PriceSmart, contributing to the approval of more than $100M in development projects across Central America, Colombia, and the Caribbean. He holds a BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

Brad brings more than two decades of finance and real estate experience across hospitality, multifamily, and commercial sectors. Before Frontera, he was Vice President of Finance at Azul Hospitality, leading the financial integration of an eight-hotel management portfolio with $75M in annual revenue. Earlier, Brad was VP of Real Estate at J Street Hospitality ($600M developer) and Director of Acquisitions at JC Resorts. He began his career at CNL Hotels & Resorts, participating in more than $5B of acquisitions. Brad holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Nish brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience across acquisitions, development, and asset management, with transactions spanning self-storage, multifamily, office, industrial, and hospitality. His background includes structuring debt and equity, managing relationships with lenders, investors, and joint venture partners, and leading teams across the full investment lifecycle. At Frontera, he focuses on portfolio performance and operational execution.

Dan leads development for Frontera's self-storage projects, managing the full lifecycle from site acquisition through construction completion. Prior to Frontera, he served over twenty years as a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Navy, with leadership roles including managing the construction of a $130 million biosafety laboratory in Kazakhstan and a $78 million annual budget across teams in the Middle East. He holds an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

As Senior Advisor, Jana consults on asset management and special projects across the Frontera portfolio. She brings more than fifteen years of real estate experience with a primary focus on multifamily asset management. Before Frontera, she was a senior consultant at RealPage, partnering with some of the nation's largest multifamily owners. Jana holds a Master's in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a BA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
